Shree Sarayu Ji Pujan

Sacred River Shree Sarayu Ji is one of the most prominent waterways in Uttar Pradesh, originating from Sarmul – located in the extreme north of the district Bageshwar Himalaya, Uttarakhand. Shree Sarayu Ji River is mentioned in ancient Hindu scriptures such as the Ved and Ramayan. Ayodhya – Birthplace of Lord Shree Ram and capital of state Ayodhya in Treta Yuga is located on the bank of Shere Sarayu Ji River, thus it is highly significant in India. It is visited by millions of devotees around the year and takes a holy dip at various religious events and festivals.
Shree Sarayu Ji is a well-known sacred river and has great spiritual importance in the life of All human beings. Even Shree Ram had taken his last dip here to abandon his incarnated body and went to Sree Vishnu Dham, it’s a belief in Sanatan Dharm that worshiping this river will open the doors of Shree Vishnu Dham after death and a holy dip in this river will bless us with Moksha.
